Terms of Service for Tabely DGA

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tabely DGA, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tabely DGA is an online platform that allows registered locations and event organizers ("Vendors") to offer and sell tickets to users ("Buyers"). Services include ticket listing, purchase processing, and customer support.

3. User Registration

To use certain features of Tabely DGA, users must register an account. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse Tabely DGA or help anyone else do so. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Violating laws and regulations.
  • Infringing the rights of others.
  • Sharing or uploading harmful or illegal content.
  • Attempting to harm the Service or users through malicious software or other means.

5. Purchase and Payment

Buyers can purchase tickets through Tabely DGA. The Service may use third-party services for payment processing. Tabely DGA is not responsible for the processing of payments and shall not be liable for any issues arising from payment transactions.

6. Ticket Policies

Vendors are responsible for setting their ticket policies, including refunds, cancellations, and event changes. Tabely DGA is not responsible for the policies or actions of Vendors.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tabely DGA and its licensors.

8. Privacy Policy

Users' privacy is important. The Service's Privacy Policy, available at privacy, describes how personal data is collected, used, and shared.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tabely DGA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of transmissions or content.

10. Termination

Tabely DGA may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if a user breaches the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

Tabely DGA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
